Open the program by double clicking its icon on the system tray. In the "Settings" tab, you can select which combination of keys that can be used to start a macro (send a text) or to start a program. Try to select two unusual combinations of keys, in order to avoid conflicts with other programs. By default, the program uses Ctrl+Shift+M to start a text macro and Ctrl+Shift+P to start a program.
In the "Text macros" tab you can add as many text macros you want. In the "Execute program" tab, you add the programs or files to open.
To invoke a macro or start a program, just PRESS the needed key combination. You will see that the tray icon changes colors. It is in "waiting mode". After pressing the combination, RELEASE IT and press the single key corresponding to the macro or program you want to execute. Of course, to execute a text macro, your cursor must be placed on some field that accepts text.
The program is freeware.
